Bit brutal out there at the mo isn't it? Probably wise to take a break, pick up a fountain pen and a trusty notebook, grab a cup of something delightful, and chat about it. If I learnt anything during my Gen X 'stiff upper lip' childhood it was that although, technically, putting the kettle on for a brew doesn't solve every problem imaginable, a lovely cup of tea or coffee with a wise friend can lift any day.
I am Rebecca Bardess: Founder; Human Design Aligned Coach; one of the 1st bloggers in the world, in the 90s; an Author and Poet, and I played festivals and signed CDs when the millennium took its first breaths. My Human Design is 2/4 Manifestor, so I've always been a few years ahead of the trends, which has proved very helpful to my clients.
As the survivor of multiple NDEs, a coma, and some seriously mind expanding spiritual experiences, your own adventures, misadventures and eccentricities are unlikely to ruffle my feathers.
I couldn't care less how many followers you have. I've coached everyone from newbies to celebrities. As long as you're human, we're good.
